Nextgrain was born from our own experience in the industry.
Launched in 2020 as Slane Vintage Modern, we specialized in quality, refinished Mid-Century Modern furniture, earning our reputation by personally restoring and delivering every high-value piece directly to our buyers.
Through years in the industry, we recognized two critical gaps in the resale market: logistics and reach. Shipping large, high-value furniture through traditional third-party carriers is often unpredictable and risky. At the same time, expanding a seller's market beyond local borders—to regions like the Bay Area, San Jose, Redding, and Lake Tahoe—is essential for maximizing value, yet difficult for individual sellers to manage.
Nextgrain bridges that gap.
We provide seamless, white-glove transit (still in-house!) that connects sellers with broader buyer networks. Our mission is simple: to ensure every exceptional piece reaches its new home safely, securely, and with the utmost care.
